摘要
以沙盘为载体,以培养卓越工程师为目标,利用情境教学法模拟企业的生产运作,给学生提供一个仿真的空间,其中模拟设置政府、银行、市场、企业等,针对工科设置选址、设计、建厂、调试、员工招聘、企业原燃料采购、生产、故障处理、产品销售等企业经营全过程,该系统由盘面、操作软件、教师分析软件构成;系统有助于分析推理能力和综合集成能力的培养,拓宽了工科学生的知识面和视野。在非金属专业学生中的应用效果良好。
The situational method was used to simulation of the production inenterprise based on sand table.Distinguished engineer was itstraining objectives. Situation teaching system provided students with a simulation of the space,government,bank,market,enterprise including simulation Settings,etc.,in view of the engineering setting,design,build,debug,staff recruitment,the original fuel procurement,manufacture,fault processing,product sales and other business process,the system was made up of disk analysis software,operating software,teachers. System helped to analysis reasoning ability and integrated ability,expand knowledge and vision of engineering students. In the application of nonmetallic students effect was good.
