摘要
根据企业会计人员能力要求,提出了"ERP沙盘模拟+ERP系统模拟+企业决策模拟对抗"三位一体的企业经营模拟平台建设方案,通过该平台实施基础会计、会计信息化到中、高级会计的实训,层次化、系统化地逐步培养企业会计综合素质和创新能力。
This paper presented the project of virtual platform for enterprise operation,that is ＂ERP sand table simulation ＋ ERP system simulation ＋ the enterprise decision simulation challenge＂ constructs a system,according to the requirements of enterprise accounting.The practical training from basic accounting and accounting information to intermediate and advanced accounting with the platform was implemented.It can layeredly and systematizedly gradually train the comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities of enterprise accounting staff.
