摘要
目的:测定不同产地当归中阿魏酸的含量,为控制药材质量提供参考。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱;以乙腈-(体积分数)0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相;流速为1 m L·min^-1;检测波长为316 nm,柱温:35℃,测定不同产地当归中阿魏酸的含量。结果:阿魏酸在0.006 08-0.304 00 g·L^-1的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为2.36%。结论:该方法可用于不同产地当归药材中阿魏酸的含量测定,且具有简便、快捷、重复性好等特点,可为不同产地当归质量的控制提供参考。
Objective: Determination of content of ferulic acid in Radix Angelicae sinensis from different regions,and provide reference for quality control of the medicinal materials. Methods: Using the Hypersil ODS2 C18 column with acetonitrile;( volume fraction) of0. 085% phosphoric acid solution( 17∶83) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 m L·min^- 1; the detection wavelength was 316 nm,column temperature: 35 ℃,determination of content of ferulic acid in Radix Angelicae sinensis from different regions. Results: Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 006 08 - 0. 304 00 g·L^- 1; the average recovery was 99. 8%,RSD was 2. 36%. Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis in different areas,and has the advantages of simple,fast,good reproducibility and other characteristics,to provide reference for quality control of Radix Angelicae sinensis from different regions.
