摘要
通过对比东西方关于国家起源的学说,以霍布斯的政治思想介绍为主线,寻找对我国依法治国建设的借鉴意义。霍布斯认为法治社会是以保障权利为基础,为结束社会秩序混乱而产生的。法律的本质是维护社会的正义。他的思想是先贤们留下的宝贵遗产之一,值得今天的人们认真研究。
This paper, with the comparison of the origins of country in the east and the west and the introduction of Hobbs＇ s political thought, explores their reference value to the rule of law of our country. Hobbes thinks that the law-ruled society is produced on the basis of safeguarding the rights and for the purpose of putting an end to social disorder and the essence of the law is to maintain social justice. His idea is one of the valuable heritages left by the ancestors and thus worth an in-depth research.
