摘要
以人为本是科学发展观的基本理念。作为影响社会发展重要因素的行政执法必须确立以人为本的指导思想 ,并构筑以人为本的执法机制 ,才能创造社会全面、协调。
People oriented is a basic principle of scientific developmentview.The adminstrative law enforcement has an important effect on society development in which making people the center should be the guiding ideology.Also the mechanism based on making people the center should be constructed through which the law enforcement environment of coordination and sustainable development can be created.
