摘要
代谢物组学是继基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学后新兴的一门组学技术,它从整体角度研究生物的切入点与中医药的整体观念在很大程度上相一致,如今已广泛应用于中药研究的各个领域。本文对近年来国内外代谢物组学在中药质量控制方面的研究,从药材鉴别、产地区分、确定采收时间和炮制加工等方面综述进展情况,并总结了目前存在的局限性。
Metabolomics,a new technique which emerged after genomics,transcriptomics and proteinomics,has been widely used in various fields of Chinese materia medica（CMM）researches,with the entry point being consistent with the holism of Traditional Chinese Medicine and CMM to some extent.The application of metabolomics in quality control of CMM was reviewed comprehensively in this article,including drug identification,origin distinction,determination of harvest time and processing technology.Existing limitations were also summarized.
