摘要
网络时代的政府管理是借助电子政务实现高效率、低成本且具有综合性等特征的公共服务体系,而对于电子政务绩效管理的评估则是将改善政务治理和提高公众满意度作为其首要目标.在分析电子政务绩效管理的4项现实需求的基础上,论述云计算技术在政务管理中发挥的积极作用,认为电子政务绩效评估体系的构建有助于客观、公正、准确地判断政府的日常电子政务管理活动的标准.同时,在对新型电子政务的绩效评估过程中还需要大量及时、完整的数据作为支撑,而云计算技术的应用正好可以使电子政务绩效评估的各种指标数据得到准确、及时的收集、处理和应用,并使得电子政务绩效评价云网络平台的建设成为可能.
Government management of the I hensive and other features to achieve high nternet age is the system of public service with compreefficiency and low cost by means of e-government. The primary goal of e-government performance management evaluation is to improve administrative governance and public satisfaction. On the basis of the analysis of four real needs of e-government performance management, the paper discusses the active role of the cloud computing technology in the management of government affairs, and believes that the construction of e-government performance evaluation system will contribute to the objective, fair and accurate judgment of the government standard in daily e-government management activities. Meanwhile, in the new e-government performance evaluation process a large number of timely and complete data will be required as a support.
