Biological characteristics of the pathogen of leaf black spot disease in Photinia glomerata

摘要 对球花石楠黑斑病菌Alternaria sp.生物学特性进行了研究。结果显示,该病原菌生长最适条件为PDA,28℃,p H 8,碳源为麦芽糖,氮源为蛋白胨,明确该病菌可以较好地适应不同的光照条件以及不同碳源、氮源等营养环境条件。 The biological characteristics of the pathogen of leaf black spot disease on Photinia glomerata was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the growth of the pathogen was PDA media,28 ℃,p H 8,and carbon source as maltose,nitrogen source as peptone,which indicated the pathogen could adapt to different light conditions as well as different carbon sources and nitrogen nutrient conditions.
