摘要
Krashen的语言输入假说是第二语言习得理论中最重要的概念之一,其中的"i+1"理论对我国的外语教学具有十分重要的借鉴意义。虽然该理论在今天看来可能稍显过时,但笔者力图尝试换一种视角来解读我国大学英语近年来的发展动态和方向,如大学英语课程工具性和人文性的统一、分级教学、基于计算机和课堂的教学模式以及学术英语课程方向等,以求对我国大学英语教学发展多一点探索和思考。
Krashen＇s Input Hypothesis is one of the best known and influential theories of second language acquisition,especially for his ＂i ＋1＂ theory bringing a lot to the foreign language teaching in China. This paper presents a brief description of＂i ＋1＂ theory and its implications, and then discusses some important issues on College English teaching and learning from thepoint of ＂i ＋1＂ theory, such as the unity of instrumentalism and humanism, grading teaching, computer- and classroom-basedteaching modes and EAP courses.
