摘要
目的：对妇科门诊患者生殖道病原体的感染进行调查，以降低女性生殖道感染率。方法选择2010年1月－2014年6月450例生殖道感染患者为研究对象，统计病原体检测结果，并统计不同临床资料患者感染病原体分布。结果31～40岁年龄段患者生殖道感染率最高，而生殖道感染预防知识了解少、未采取避孕措施的患者生殖道感染率分别高于生殖道感染预防知识了解多、采取避孕措施的女性，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；450例生殖道感染中混合感染占34．2％，单纯感染中病原体以滴虫（18．7％）、细菌（13．6％）、假丝酵母菌属（12．2％）为主；154例混合感染以假丝酵母菌属与细菌（42．9％）、滴虫与细菌（33．1％）为主。结论女性生殖道感染以31～40岁年龄段最常见，对生殖道感染知识了解少、未采取有效避孕措施是女性生殖道感染的主要影响因素；生殖道感染病原体以滴虫最常见，但近年来女性生殖道感染中混合性感染较为多见。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of the pathogens causing genital tract infections in the pa-tients of gynecology outpatient department so as to reduce the incidence of genital tract infections in the female . METHODS From Jan 2010 to Jun 2014 ,a total of 450 patients with genital tract infections were recruited as the study objects ,then the results of detection of the pathogens were observed ,and the distribution of the pathogens causing infections in the patients with different clinical data was statistically analyzed .RESULTS The incidence of the genital tract infections was the highest in the patients aged between 31 and 40 years old ,while the incidence of the genital tract infections was higher in the patients who were less aware of the prevention of genital tract infec -tions or who did not take contraception than in the female people who were more aware of the prevention of genital tract infections or who took contraception ,there was significant difference （P〈 0 .05） .Of 450 patients with geni-tal tract infections ,34 .2% had the mixed infections ,18 .7% had single trichomonas infection ,13 .6% had single bacterial infection ,and 12 .2% had Candida sp p infection .Among 154 patients with mixed infections ,42 .9% had the mixed infections of Candida sp p and bacteria ,and 33 .1% had the mixed infections of Trichomonas and bacte-ria .CONCLUSION The genital tract infections are the most prevalent in the female people aged between 31 and 40 years old .The major influencing factors for the genital tract infections in the female people include the awareness of prevention of genital tract infections and effective contraception methods .The trichomonas is the most common pathogen causing the genital tract infection ,however ,the mixed infections are increasingly prevalent among the female people with genital tract infections .
