摘要
通过对AC-20 HMA和SEAM WMA加速老化试验,研究SEAM WMA的耐老化性能,试验结果表明:1经过短期老化和长期老化后,SEAM WMA的破坏应变较未老化的分别下降11.4%、15.1%,TSR值较未老化的下降3.8%、6.0%,下降幅度明显低于AC-20 HMA;2两种混合料的弯曲破坏应变以及TSR值在整个老化过程中的短期老化阶段下降明显;3相对于AC-20 HMA,SEAM温拌添加剂独特的作用机理改善了混合料的使用性能,同时SEAM WMA本身偏低的沥青用量,进一步减少了沥青混合料的老化;4整体来讲,SEAM WMA耐老化性能更强。
The anti-aging properties of AC- 20 HMA and SEAM WMA were investigated through accelerated aging test. The results show that,after the short-term aging and long-term aging,the failure strain of SEAM WMA was decreased 11. 4% and 15. 4%,and the TSR value was decreased 3. 8% and6. 0% respectively. Furthermore,the decreased range was less than AC- 20 HMA significantly. The decreases of the failure strain and TSR value during the short-term aging were more evident than the longterm aging. Compared with AC- 20 HMA,the unique action mechanism of SEAM warm mix additives improve the performance of asphalt mixture. At the same time,the lower bitumen content of SEAM WMA also delayed the asphalt mixture aging. Overall speaking,anti-aging of SEAM WMA was better.
