摘要
馆员驱动创新(LDI)是一种图书馆新型服务方式,要求普通馆员参与到图书馆决策活动中来,通过汇聚馆员的智慧和建议寻找创新路径,从而推动图书馆创新。通过研究发现,图书馆LDI主要受三种因素影响:图书馆决策结构与领导能力、人力资源管理支持和图书馆组织文化氛围。信息技术的进步和发展,尤其是Web2.0和Web3.0技术的出现,对LDI产生了明显影响,知识博客、微信、公共社交网络、虚拟社区等的普及和应用,为LDI创造了有利条件。
Librarian-Driven Innovation (LDI) is a new type of the library service mode, requires ordinary librarians to participate in the innovation decision-making activity of the library through gathering the wisdom and advices of librarians to find the innovation path; so as to promote the library innovation. It finds through the research that LDI could be affected by three factors: the library decision structure and the leadership ability, the support of the human resource management and the cultural atmosphere of the library organization. The progress and development of the technology, the appearance of Web2.0 and Web3.0 in especial have produced a significant influence on LDI, the popularization and the application of the knowledge blog, Wechat, public social networks, virtual communities have created favorable conditions for LDI.
