摘要
目的:研究氧气驱动雾化吸入、空气压缩雾化吸入、超声雾化吸入对肺结核的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年4月~2013年8月在结核科就诊的150例肺结核患者,随机分为氧气组、空气组、超声组,各50例。3组均予以抗痨综合治疗措施,且用相同的雾化液,即:异烟肼、阿米卡星。氧气组予以氧气驱动雾化吸入,空气组使用空气雾化吸入,超声组给予超声雾化吸入,观察3组的治疗效果。结果三种雾化吸入方式对肺结核的治疗都有效,但氧气组、空气组的治疗效果优于超声组(P<0.05);氧气组与空气组的治疗效果没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论三种雾化吸入方式对肺结核的治疗都有效,但氧气驱动雾化吸入、空气压缩雾化吸入比超声雾化吸入更适合肺结核患者的吸入治疗。
Objective To study the curative effect of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation , compressed air atomization inhalation, ultrasonic atomization inhalation on pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB).Methods Total 150 PTB patients to receive treatment in our hospital from Apr.2013 to Aug.2013 were selected and randomly divided into three groups , i.e., oxygen group, air group, and ultrasonic group (n=50, respectively).In all groups, comprehensive anti-tuberculosis treatment measures were provided and the same atomized liquid was used , namely: isoniazid and Amikacin .The oxygen group received oxygen-driven inhalation , the air group did compressed air atomization inhalation , and the ultrasounic group did ultrasonic atomization inhalation;the curative effects were observed in the three groups.Results The three kinds of inhalation were effective on PTB , while the treatment effect of oxygen group and air group was better than that of the ultrasonic group (P〈0.05) and there was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the oxygen group and air group ( P〉0.05) .Conclusion The three kinds of inhalation were effective on PTB , but oxygen-driven atomization inhalation and compressed air atomization inhalation are better than ultrasonic atomization inhalation for the patients with PTB .
