摘要
绝热压缩空气储能(ACAES)是一种有效的电网调节技术。空压机作为能源输入设备,不但直接决定着系统效率,其排气温度也对系统中回热循环及透平机的高效运行存在较大影响;基于低能耗、高排气温度的要求对500 k W压缩空气储能项目的空压机进行优化设计,并提出背压跟随式分段压缩的实际运行方案,能够使系统效率提升26.2%。
Adiabatic Compressed Air Energy Storage(ACAES) system is an effective grid controlling technique. As the input port of whole system, the air compressor set directly affects the system efficiency, also its exhaust temperature has greater influence on the regenerative cycle and the high efficient operating of turbine. Taking the factors such as low energy consumption and high exhaust temperature into consideration, the compressor set of an ACAES project was designed and optimized in this paper. An operation scheme has been made in which multistage compressor would run with segments depending on the difference of backpressure. Conse-quently, the efficiency of whole system would risen by 26.2%.
