摘要 通过性能对比分析,指出了3种空气压缩主机各自不同的适用范围,其中螺杆式空气压缩机因性能优越、效率较高等原因,已普遍用于化工、食品、医药、纺织等诸多行业。此外,通过进一步的总体空压站方案设计,进一步分析了储气罐、过滤器、冷干机等设备的选型依据,指出在方案设计中应注意的节能技术要点,说明了压缩空气的工艺方案及节能设计对企业降本增效的重大意义。 Through performance comparison and analysis, the application range for three types of compressors is introduced, the screw compressor is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries due to its superior performance and high efficiency. In addition, in the work of design of overall air compressor station and selection of gas tank, filter, cold and dry machine and other equipments, the energy saving technology should be considered. The compressed air solution and energy saving design has great significance in the lowering cost and enhancing efficiency.
