Regulation Strategies on the Competition of the Internet Finance——Based on the Theory of Bilateral Market

摘要 我国互联网金融市场有明显的双边市场特征。基于双边市场的交叉网络外部性、平台流动性、价格结构非中性及多消费者多归属性的特征,使得我国互联网金融的竞争既激烈又复杂。在双边市场下,互联网金融竞争有其内在特点,对竞争秩序的规制也应该采取与一般市场不同的策略和措施,避免过度执法,加强消费者保护,并积极构建平台兼容的环境。 The internet finance market has the obvious characteristics of bilateral market in our country. The Competition of the internet finance is very fierce and complicated because of the characteristics of bilateral market such as cross-group network externality, platform mobility, non-neutrality of price structure and multi-homing, etc. The competition of internet finance has its inherent characteristics on the platform of the bilateral market, and various strategies and measures should be taken to regulate the competition different from those on the common market. So we should avoid excessive law enforcement, strengthen consumer protection, and actively build the environment of platform compatibility.
