摘要
目的研究冠外弹性附着体(ERA)义齿修复游离端缺牙的影响。方法对ERA附着体义齿修复游离端缺牙进行了有限元建模,在相同附着体下观察阴阳极的连接形式,并分析载荷对义齿支撑组织EQV应力造成的影响。结果在附着体弹性与刚性连接形式下,应力分布规律趋同。但在颊舌向荷载中,与刚性组相比较,弹性组存在较小的基牙牙周组织应力,并且在牙槽嵴远中区具有较大的应力,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在颊舌向荷载中,弹性组的附着体实现转动最大值。结论 ERA附着体借助于义齿基托进行下沉和旋转运动,促使部分牙合力向缺牙部位牙槽嵴远中区转移,并且在侧牙合运动过程中,ERA附着体具有显著的缓冲作用。
Objective Study of extracoronal resilient attachment (ERA) effects of free end edentulous denture restoration. Methods The ERA attachment denture free end edentulous are finite element modeling, in the same attachment was observed under the form of connection pole of yin and Yang, and the effect of load on the denture supportingtissue stress caused by EQV.Results In the attachment elastic and rigid connection forms, the distribution law of stress should be convergence. But to the load in the tongue in cheek, compared with the rigid group, there is less elastic group of periodontaltissue stress, and has the larger stress in the alveolar ridge far zone, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). To load in the tongue in cheek, attachment to achieve maximum elastic rotation group. Conclusion ERA attachment of sinking and rotational motion in the denture base with body, prompting some to missing teeth occlusal force of alveolar crest far central transfer, and in laterotrusion process, ERA attachment has a significant role in the buffer.
