摘要
目的:比较研究新的修复单侧游离端缺失方法-太极扣弹性附着体的临床效果。方法:采用太极扣弹性附着体修复25例单侧游离端缺失患者,随访3～24个月,分别从患者主观感觉、临床检查和X射线观察分析其修复效果,并与传统的可摘修复方法进行了比较。结果:25件太极扣弹性附着体在美观性、适应性、稳定性以及咀嚼效率都比传统的修复体有明显的提高。结论:太极扣弹性附着体是一种值得推广的修复单侧游离端缺失的新方法。
Objective To introduce a new method to repair the one-sided ended free deletion-EAR attachment. Methods Through compare with the traditional removable partial dentures from 3 to 24 months, 25 patients are wearing ＂EAR attachment＂ dentures. Results 25 pieces of EAR attachment dentures are better than those traditional removable partial dentures in retention and stability, beauty and suitability. Conclusion The EAR attachment Dentures is a new approach to repair the one-sided ended free deletion.
