摘要 针对目前600 MW机组在不合理配汽策略下可能产生机组振动幅值较大和轴瓦温度较高的故障,从频域角度出发,用Matlab计算出各种进汽策略下汽流激振力的频谱,并与高压转子的固有频率进行比较;然后通过编制相应的Matlab程序对各种进汽方式下轴承的动特性进行计算,再将轴承的动特性参数输入Ansys中,得到每一种进汽方式下轴系的稳定性指标,从而选出最优进汽策略。最后,根据上述分析提出调峰范围固定和调峰范围不固定的两种改进调节级进汽结构,为以后新机组的设计、制造和在役机组的调节门配汽优化改造提供一种新思路。 Aiming at the faults of large vibration amplitude and high bearing shell temperature in the inadequate valve management programs of 600-MW steam turbines, the frequency spectrum of the excitation force of one regulating stage blade is calculated with Matlab and compared with the natural frequency of the high-pressure rotor in different valve management programs. Then the bearing dynamic characteristics are calculated with Matlab programs in different valve management programs and input into Ansys. Finally, the stability indices of different valve management programs are obtained and the optimal valve management program is determined. Based on the above results, two improved regulating stage admission structures corresponding to fixed and unfixed peak regulation ranges ale, put forward, which provides a new thought for the design and manufacture of new units and for the flow path retrofit of the old ones.
