摘要
分别利用钛酸异丙酯和四氯化钛水溶液,采用水热合成法制备了锐钛矿型的球状氧化钛(Ti O2)纳米溶胶及Ti O2纳米棒。采用不同质量配比共混得到电流体动力学技术(EHD)用溶胶,利用EHD技术在涂有Ti O2致密膜的导电玻璃基体上成膜,成功制备Ti O2纳米棒多孔光阳极复合薄膜。薄膜存在纳米至亚微米尺寸的多级孔道。
The anatase type spherical TiO2 nano sol and nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal method with using titanium isopropoxide and ti- tanium tetrachloride aqueous solution as raw materials, respectively. The porous anodic composite films were prepared on the conductive glass sub- strates with TiO2 dense membrane coated by electrohydrodynamics (EHD) technology with different mass ratios of the above nano-particles. There were multilevel channels from nanoscale to submicron scale in the porous anodic composite films.
