ICP-AES法同时测定锌精矿、锗渣中的镓铟锗 被引量:9

摘要 采用硝酸和氟化铵溶解样品,用ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法)同时测定锌精矿、锗渣等物料中的镓铟锗。对不同的溶样方法进行比较,确立最佳样品处理方案,对基体及主要杂质元素对镓、铟、锗测定的干扰情况及消除方法进行试验,优化分析方法。该方法简单、快速、准确,测定结果与国标方法一致,相对标准偏差(n=7)小于3.5%,加标回收率为99.56%∽100.39%,线性相关系数均大于0.999 9。 The zinc concentrate and germanium slag samples were dissolved with nitric acid and ammonium fluoride,and determined the contents of gallium,indium,and germanium simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES).Different sample dissolution methods were compared,established the best sample pretreatment method.The method for correction and elimination of interference from matrix and major impurity elements in determination of gallium,indium,and germanium was studied,and optimized the analysis method.The method was handy,quick,accurate,consisted with the determination results of the national standard methods.The relative standard deviations( n = 7) were less than 3.5%,the recoveries were 99.56% ∽ 100.39%,the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 9.
