甘南电网孤网运行频率稳定的控制策略

摘要 甘南电网通过处于高海拔的330 k V枢纽变电站与甘肃主网进行功率交换,但当枢纽变电站受雷击或其他电气故障时会使甘南电网形成合作和洛大孤网。考虑甘南电网容量小,系统惯性较小且频率易波动的特点,针对甘南外送型电网实际,基于PSASP6.282软件仿真分析了合作孤网运行时频率的动态过程;通过分析小容量电网孤网运行时的高、低频特性,以及调研甘南电网在孤网运行方式下的薄弱点和危险点,提出了甘南孤网运行的频率稳定控制策略,并通过仿真验证了控制策略能够保证网内重要变电所和重载联络线安全稳定运行,从而为甘南电网安全稳定,经济优质运行提供可靠地理论指导。 Gannan grid exchanges power with Gansu main grid via a 330 k V hub substation at a high altitude,however,when the hub substation is struck by lightning or affected by other electrical fault,Hezuo and Luoda isolated grids will be formed in Gannan grid. Given that the Gannan grid is of small capacity,the system is of small inertia and high frequency fluctuations,aiming at the actual outgoing type of Gannan grid,simulations based on software PSASP6. 282 are made to analyze the dynamic frequency process of Hezuo grid in isolated network operation. By analyzing the high and low frequency characteristics of small- capacity grid in isolated network operation and researching the vulnerabilities and dangerous points of Gannan grid in isolated network operation,a frequency stability control strategy is proposed to deal with isolated Gannan grid operation,meanwhile simulations are made to verify that the strategy can guarantee some important substations and overloading contact wires in the grid operating in safe and stable state. Consequently,it provides reliable theoretical guidance for the security,stability and high-quality economic operation of Gannan grid.
