摘要
目的探讨针灸联合药物治疗单纯性功能性便秘的效果。方法选取本院2012年4月~2014年4月收治的80例单纯性功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。观察组给予针灸联合药物治疗,对照组则仅给予药物治疗,比较两组的临床症状评分和治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1、2个周期后的症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸联合药物治疗可明显改单纯性功能性便秘患者的临床症状,促进其肠胃功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of simple functional constipation. Methods 80 patients with simple functional constipation from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with drug therapy,the control group was only treated with drug treatment.The score of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The symptom score of the observation group after 1,2 cycles of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was97.5%,which was higher than 72.5% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with drug therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with simple functional constipation,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
