摘要
辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,关爱特殊学生群体是应尽的职责,关爱需要辅导员的关心、理解、尊重、希望、责任,需要辅导员转换角色,注重道德修养,强化交往能力,提高关爱行动的实效性。关爱的实施有利于构建和谐校园,践行教育公平,落实"学生成功服务"理念,为特殊学生群体的健康成长营造公正、自由、平等的校园环境。
As the guide and instructor of undergraduates during their healthy growth,counselors need to take care of some special students with respect and love,which would require caring,understanding,respect,hope and responsibility of counselors. It is necessary for the counselors to transform their roles,to pay attention to moral cultivation,to strengthen the their communication ability,to improve the effectiveness of their care. Care of this kind may benefit the construction of harmonious campus,the implementation of education fairness,and the practice of the concept of ＂service for students＇ success＂,it also can provide some special students with a fair,free,equal campus atmosphere.
