摘要
采用文献计量统计方法对国外和国内的转基因小麦专利数据的分析,来揭示转基因小麦的专利状况。利用THOMSON INNOVATION数据库和上海知识产权信息平台在国外和国内的转基因小麦进行了检索,对检索结果从年度申请态势、区域分布、专利申请人、技术热点领域、专利地图等方面进行分析,研究表明,中国在转基因小麦上比国外研究差距较大,为中国转基因小麦技术发展提供决策参考。
The development status of transgenic wheat in domestic and foreign is revealed based on the patents sourced form bibliometric statistical methods. This work compared patent number changes by year, regional distribution, patent applicants, core technologies and the Patent map of transgenic wheat from Thomson innovation database and shanghai intellectual property information platform. The result shows that patenting behavior of China differs greatly from foreign, this patter provides reference for domestic of transgenic Wheat.
