摘要
目的:了解泸州市养老护理员结构现状、养老护理员工作疲溃感现状及其影响因素。方法:采用工作疲溃感量表和自行设计的问卷对泸州市156名养老护理员进行问卷调查。结果:养老护理员以女性为主,比例为64.1%;养老护理员平均年龄为(41.67±10.891)岁,从业年限仅有(4.22±3.258)年,文化程度以初中学历水平为主体,月收入少于1 500元者累计占56.4%。61.5%养老护理员有中度工作疲溃感,男性的工作疲溃感高于女性;随着年龄的增加,工作疲溃感增高,于41~50岁达到顶峰;未婚者的总体疲溃感高于已婚者;文化程度为小学者工作疲溃感程度最高;月收入低于1 000元者比收入高于1 000元者工作疲溃感高;一线养老护理员工作疲溃感高于兼任管理人员的养老护理员。结论:养老护理员工作疲溃感程度应引起重视,积极预防和缓解养老护理员的工作疲溃感。
Objective: To describe the construction of the old-care nurses in Luzhou city and the level of burnout and the influencing factors among the old-care nurses. Methods: 156 old-care nurses in Luzhou city were investigated through questionnaires. Results: Old-care nurses were female-dominated(64.1%) with an average age of 41.67 ± 10.891 years, and an average employment time of 4.22 ± 3.258 years, Most of those nurses had the education level of joural high school and 56.4% of older-care nurse's monthly income is below 1 500 RMB.61.5% of the older-care nurses had moderate burnout, and the lever of burnout were higher in the following groups: the male, aged from 41 to 50 years, unmarried, with elementary education level, monthly income below1 000 RMB, and the front nurses. Conclusion: Job burnout of the old-care nurses should be paid much attention and some measures should be taken to prevent and relieve this feeling.
