摘要
利用CAE铸造模拟分析系统软件对我公司生产的铸钢件球阀盖的充型、凝固过程进行了模拟分析。对模拟分析存在缺陷的工艺进行改进,改进前后两种工艺的样品都经生产并且射线RT验证。CAE模拟结果和实际产品结果基本相符。试验表明,应用CAE铸造模拟分析系统可有效地预测铸造充型凝固过程中可能出现的缩孔、缩松缺陷并能辅助优化铸造工艺,确保铸件的质量,提高工艺出品率。工艺人员依据模拟结果,快速地评估工艺的可行性,及时做出相应的工艺改进措施。工艺设计人员在设计中积累了经验,这为相似产品的工艺设计提供了参考。
The mold filling and the solidification processes of the ball valve cover of our company were analyzed with the help of CAE simulation software. The initial casting process that has defects was improved according the simulation result. Both the initial and the modified processes are verified by practical production and radiographic testing (RT). The simulation results of CAE agree with the experiments. The experiment results show that the application of CAE can effectively predict potential shrinkages and dispersed shrinkages in casting and help to optimize the casting process, so the quality of the castings can be guaranteed and the yield of production is raised. With the help of the simulation results, process designer can quickly evaluate and optimize the casting processes. In the same time, the scientific design experiences are accumulated, which provide the reference for similar process design.
