摘要
对质量要求高、出口铸钢件140 T支座的结构及铸造工艺性进行了分析,针对铸件厚大热节处易出现缩松、非加工表面粗糙度及尺寸精度要求高的特点,提出了采用浇口通过保温冒口、加冒口补贴及保温覆盖剂强化补缩、倾斜浇注等工艺措施,设计了具体工艺参数,实践表明,有效地防止了裂纹和缩松的产生,生产出了合格铸件。
The structure and casting processs of 140 T support abutment of cast steel with high quality requirements for export was analyzed, and aimed at the characteristics of easy shrinkage in the section of thick big hot knot, and high requisition to the roughness and dimensional accuracy on no-process surface, the craft measures to adopt a gate heat preservation riser, apply head bounty and heat preservation overlay the agent intensify revamp to shrink, tilt pouring etc. were proposed. Practice shows that the craft measure is effective in preventing cracks and shrinkage porosity, can produce qualified castings
