生物标志物在儿童急性肾损伤的应用现状和前景 被引量:6

Application and prospects of biomarkers in children with acute kidney injury

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)是儿科临床常见的危急重症,发病率高、病死率高、预后差。目前诊断AKI的传统指标血肌酐和尿量不能早期诊断AKI。近年来,随着人们对于AKI的研究和认识不断深入,发现了许多特异性、灵敏性更高的生物学标志物。但是儿童AKI生物学标志物的研究滞后于成人,儿童AKI的病因、病理生理与成人相比有较大的差别。现就AKI生物学标志物在儿童AKI的研究进展做一介绍。 Acute kidney injury(AKI) is a common clinical severe emergency in children,with high morbidity, mortality and poor prognosis. The traditional indicators such as serum creatinine and urine can't diagnose early. Re- cently, with the deepening research of AKI, many higher specific and sensitive biomarkers have been found. But the study of biomarkers in children is behind the adult, and the etiology, pathophysiology of AKI in children have great difference from adult. So this paper will show the advances of biomarkers in children of AKI.
