摘要
对五个组织提出的21世纪技能框架进行了要素提炼、比较分析,并在此基础上抽提出特点:均包含交流与合作能力和问题解决能力;多数组织框架涉及创新能力、适应能力、自我管理能力等;少数涉及系统化思维、批判性思维等.提示教育者应重视"21世纪技能"的新理念,加强交流与合作能力、问题解决能力的培养以及关注学生适应能力、自我管理等能力的培养.
Five frameworks of 21st century skills are compared and analyzed in this paper, and the features are concluded:all frameworks contain problem-solving, cooperation and communication skills; most frameworks contain innovation skills, adaptability, self management and so on; few contain systems thinking, critical thinking and so on. Some suggestions are provided: emphasizing the importance of 21st century skills; helping students develop their problem-solving, cooperation and communication skills, and paying attention to the adaptability, self management and so on.
