高管团队受教育程度、组织信任对新产品绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了高管团队的受教育程度及组织信任对企业新产品绩效的影响,运用实证研究的方法,引入高管团队的知识共享和团队自反性两个团队过程为中介变量,建立高管团队受教育程度、组织信任与新产品绩效的结构方程模型并进行分析。研究结果表明:高管团队受教育水平对新产品绩效的直接影响不显著,但其可通过直接影响团队的知识共享与自反性,进而间接地影响新产品绩效;而组织信任一方面对新产品绩效有直接正向影响,另一方面团队自反性及知识共享在此过程中起到部分中介作用。 The paper studies the impact of top management team education level and organization trust on new product performance. By using empirical methods and importing knowledge sharing and team reflexivity as the two intervening variables, the paper creates a SEM of organization trust, education level and new product performance. Analyze results show that TMT education level does not have a significantly direct impact on new product performance, but can affect new product performance indirectly by knowledge sharing and team reflexivity. Organization trust positively affects new product performance and the relationship is fully mediated by knowledge sharing and team reflexivity.
