组织内部信任的内涵、特点与功能 被引量:4

摘要 为了对组织内部信任的内涵分歧进行梳理,本文首先概括组织内部信任的四种主要观点,即“单向度”说、“人际信任”说、“系统信任”说和“整合”说,然后对组织内部信任进行界定。在此基础上提出组织内部信任的五个特点,并指出组织内部信任对于促进组织内部合作、降低交易成本与复杂性、知识共享与提高组织绩效等方面具有重要的作用。
