摘要
自闭症儿童的家庭照顾者在长期照顾孩子的过程中,面对着来自内外环境的各种压力以及自闭症儿童本身的异质性与复杂性,当身处一些社交情境时经常会出现退缩回避现象,人格特质、社会歧视、个体情绪体验及认知偏差等各个因素都对自闭症儿童家庭照顾者的社交回避产生影响,整个社会大环境的宽容接纳、家庭照顾者自我改变的决心计划,以及通过团体行为治疗修正的个体社交的错误认知都是减少自闭症儿童家庭照顾者社交回避的有效方法。
Family caregivers of children with autism show avoidance in some social situations because of the complexity of children with autism, long-term care for children and various pressures from internal and external environment. Personality traits, social discrimination, individual emotional experience and cognitive deviation can affect social avoidance of the family caregivers of children with autism. Acceptance of social environment, self-change of the family caregivers and correction of cognitive deviation by cognitive-behavioral group therapy are the methods of reducing social avoidance. Thus, we hope to provide some enlightenment for the rehabilitation and life adaptation of children with autism and their family.
