摘要
目的:探讨奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效差异。方法:选取收治的108例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同,将患者随机分为奥氮平组与阿立哌唑组,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果:奥氮平组患者临床总有效率为83.33%,阿立哌唑组患者临床总有效率为87.04%,与奥氮平组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效相当,不良反应表现不同,但发生率基本相同,均可作为精神分裂症的首选治疗药物,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical differences of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method The clinical data of 108 cases was selected,according to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into 2 groups,olanzapine and aripiprazole group,the differences in efficacy of 2 groups of patients were compared. Results olanzapine group of patients＇ the clinical total effective rate was 83. 33%,in aripiprazole group patients,the clinical total effective rate was 87. 04%,compared with olanzapine group,no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Compared with two groups of patients with adverse reactions occurred,there was no significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Considerable clinical effects of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia,the adverse reactions of different,but the occurrence rate is basically the same,the first choice drugs can be used as schizophrenia,worthy of clinical application.
