摘要
为了提高护理质量,将护士长行为管理列为质控项目,评价内容包括优质护理实施、一级质控、病房管理、业务培训4个方面,按照评价、反馈、整改、追踪、随机抽查的流程进行管理。经过1年的实践,优质护理实施、病房管理、业务培训等方面考评指标扣分值减少,而一级质控方面扣分值增加(P<0.01),重点检查项目有所改善(P<0.01)。
In order to improve the quality of nursing care,the behavior management of head nurses was integrated into the quality control program. The indicators consisted of high quality care,first-class quality control,ward management and nurse training. The quality control was implemented according to the process of assessment,feedback,improvement,tracking and random inspection.One year later,the subtraction score of high quality care,ward management and nurse training decreased,while the subtraction score of first-class quality control increased（P0.01）.
