摘要
针对企业集团BT项目融资难的瓶颈问题,采用规范研究和案例分析相结合的方法,分析了中铁公司在BT项目融资中存在的主要问题,研究发现,在大型基础设施投资建设领域,采用股权方式融资,不仅可以保证基础设施建设领域市场份额,同时通过充分利用社会资源分散企业风险等方面都有着积极的意义。研究结果为中铁公司进一步加强BT项目管理提供参考。
In view of difficulties in enterprise Group BT project financing,a normative research and case studies were combined to analyze Chinese Railway Company＇s main problems in the BT project financing.Adopting the way of equity financing in the case study not only ensures market share of the field of infrastructure construction,but also has a very positive meaning in other aspects of distributing enterprise risk by making full use of social resources.The research result provides a reference for Chinese Railway Company to further strengthen management of BT project.
