摘要
本文首先描述了我国资本市场股权再融资的发展现状,指出我国股权再融资的快速发展所引起的资金使用效率的思考。然后通过对现行研究进行归纳,就2000-2004年进行股权再融资的上市公司筛选出281家样本公司,对这些上市公司的仅就长期财务变量进行回归分析,得出相关结论,然后就完善我国股权再融资资金利用效率提出几点具体政策建议。
This paper describes the equity capital markets to refinance our current development,pointed out the doubt about the efficient use of equity refinancing funds due to the rapid development in China.Then summarize the existing research to make an equity 2000-2004 refinancing of listed companies selected sample of 281 companies,listed companies only in respect of these long-term financial variables in regression analysis,conclusions,and then to improve our Equity financing capital efficiency put forward some specific suggestions.
