摘要
目的:回顾性分析探讨中药治疗新鲜骨折的临床用药规律。方法:通过全面、系统检索国内外相关数据库,筛选出符合标准的文献,然后对纳入的研究进行定性评价,总结并探讨其用药规律。结果:共纳入32篇文献61首方剂107种中药,用药668次,补虚药及活血化瘀药最多占70.51%。当归、续断、骨碎补、黄芪、熟地黄、甘草、杜仲、白芍、红花、土鳖虫、桃仁、乳香、自然铜、牛膝、没药、川芎和丹参是临床最常用的药物。四气五味分别以温、苦、甘、辛为主,药物归经以肝、肾、脾经为主。结论:中药治疗新鲜骨折用药规律的总结结果与中医基础理论对骨折的认识基本符合,补虚药及活血化瘀药是主要用药,治则以活血化瘀、补益肝肾为主,但临床研究的方法学质量有待提高,治疗中应遵循中医理论实行辨证施治。
Objectives： To analyze and discuss the rules that the Chinese medicine is used to treat the fresh fractures.Methods： According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard,the author searched the related database of domestic and international systematically and then screened out the literatures that meet the standard. Eventually,the research was evaluated qualitatively and the rule of drug utilization was summarized and discussed. Results： In total,32 papers were selected,involving 61 recipes,107 kinds of Chinese medicine,drug utilization of 668 times. Herbs for tonify deficiency and activation blood were the most frequently used,accounting for 70. 51%. The drugs with the highest utilized frequency were angelica,radix dipsaci,rhizoma drynariae,astragalus root,cooked rehmannia root,licorice root,eucommia bark,root of herbaceous peony,safflower,ground beetle,peach kernel,frankincense,native copper,achyranthes,myrrh,rhizoma ligustici wallichii and salvia miltiorrhiza. The nature of the most commonly herb was warm,bitter,sweet,pungent.Meridian adscription of the drugs were mainly the Gan-meridian,Shen-meridian,Pi-meridian. Conclusions： The rule for drug utilization to treat fresh fractures with traditional Chinese medicine is consistent with the basic theory of TCM about fractures. The curative effect is obvious which has been confirmed by the clinical medicine observation. Herbs for tonify deficiency and activation blood are mainly used. The main parts of the therapy are activation blood and benefit kidney,at the same time. the quality of clinical research methodology needs to be improved,Treatment should be followed in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treats.
