摘要
目的:探索及分析针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用中西医结合骨折三期疗法治疗的临床价值。方法:选择本院骨科2014年3月—2016年3月间接收的患股骨粗隆间骨折的120例老年患者,随机分成两组:参考组60例,按照患者病情采用针对性的内固定方案治疗;治疗组60例,在参考组的基础上加用中医辨证骨折三期疗法联合治疗。手术完毕后记录两组并发症发生情况,并评估患者髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:术后随访发现,两组术后的髋关节功能恢复优良率对比差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗组术后并发症发生率与参考组相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用中西医结合骨折三期疗法治疗可达良好的疗效,且有助于降低患者并发症的发生风险,值得借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the effect traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on three phase therapy for intertrochanteric fracture of femurin elderly patients.Methods:120cases of elder patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated in our hospital from March2014to March2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups:The reference group(60cases)were given targeted internal fixation program in accordancewith the patient's condition;The treatment group(60cases)was additionally given three phase therapy with traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.After operation,the complications were recorded and the functional recovery of the hip joint was evaluated.Results:Postoperative follow-up showedthat there was no significant difference between the two groups in hip function recovery rate(P>0.05);The incidence of postoperative complicationsin the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the elderly patients with intertrochantericfracture of femur,three phase therapy of fracture with traditional Chinese and Western Medicine showed good curative effect,and it can help reducethe risk of complications,thus it is worth learning.
