摘要
以创建省级实验教学与实践教育中心为契机,结合中国矿业大学能源与动力工程学科综合训练中心建设的具体实践,集中讨论了具有鲜明矿业特色的煤炭高校学科综合训练中心建设目标、思路及建设内容。提出沿着突出特色性、强化实践性、强调一体性的建设思路,创建"两级管理,一个平台,两支队伍"管理模式;构建能源与动力工程实验教学与实践教育创新体系;建立差异化的实验教学考核机制;组建专题研究团队、开展实验教学改革研究;加强学科交叉融合,提高学生集成实践、协同创新能力;重视网络建设,丰富和完善网站内涵。
To create a center of provincial experimental teaching and practice of education as an opportunity,combining with the concrete practice in the development of disciplinary training center of Energy and Power Engineering in CUMT this paper focuses on the goals and ideas,construction content and construction effects in the coal universities with distinct characteristics of the coal mining industry. We propose the ideas with characteristics of prominent features,strengthening practice and emphasizing the integration. We create a management mode which has two-stage of management,a platform and two teams,and build an innovation system of experimental teaching and practice of education of energy and power engineering. We also establish different evaluation mechanism of experimental teaching.What＇s more,we form the thematic research teams to reform experimental teaching and to strengthen interdisciplinary integration,It can improve students＇ abilities of integrated practice and collaborative innovation. In addition,we value the construction of network,and enrich the websites.
