摘要
高精尖仪器设备是学校最重要的资产之一,是大学教学和科研的基础,充分利用好这些资产对学校发展起着至关重要的作用。根据山东农业大学近几年对大型仪器设备管理的实际情况,结合工作实践和体会,从专职实验技术人员负责高精尖仪器设备的管理及功能开发、实验技术人员注重提高实验技术水平、多方筹集高精尖仪器设备功能开发经费、积极申请有助于仪器功能开发利用的科研课题、适当延长研究生做课题研究的时间及建立高精尖精密仪器开放共享平台进行总结,旨在为同行今后的工作有所帮助,对提高高校高精尖仪器设备利用率及充分发挥其投资效益有所启示。
Sophisticated instruments and equipments are important basis for teaching and scientific research,and also among the most assets in university. So taking fully use of these sophisticated instruments and equipment will play a critical role in the development of teaching and scientific research.Based on Shandong agricultural university experiences in management and use of sophisticated instruments and equipment,reviewed the experiences from six aspects that including full-time laboratory technicians are responsible for the management of fine tip equipment and functional development,laboratory technicians to focus on improving the level of experimental techniques,raise all round funds for functional development of instruments and equipment,apply actively for helpful research projects of instrument function development and utilization,and extend graduates experiment time appropriately and establish open sharing platform of sophisticated instruments and equipment in the present paper. Aim to provide some advices and suggestions for improving sophisticated instruments and equipment and bringing the investment efficiency into full pay and improving the utilization.
