摘要 制药工程专业型技术人才工作在药品生产第一线,注重的问题是如何评价所生产药品的药学质量。根据制药工程专业培养定位,我们将制药工程专业药理学课程定位于以药物评价为核心、符合GLP规范的专业化人才培养。在实践环节,以基本实验技能培养为核心,设计了基础性实验内容;以药品评价实践能力培养为主线,实施了综合性实验;以研究项目为载体,开展了开放性设计创新实验。通过构建多层次自主学习体系、运用多种教学手段和考核方式确保了教学目标实现。 Pharmaceutical engineering technical personnel attach importance to evaluating the quality o{ drug because they are in the front line of drug production. According to the orientation of pharmaceu- tical engineering training scheme, pharmacology course scheme for pharmaceutical engineering has drug evaluation training as the core and conform to the GLP standards. In practice, we have designed the basic content of experiments with basic experiment skill training as the core; implemented the comprehensive experiments with drug evaluation ability training as the main line; and carried out the open and innovative experiments with research projects as the carrier. Constructing the multi-level au- tonomous learning system and using various teaching ways and examination methods have ensured the realization of teaching goals.
