摘要
目的:通过研究将回收的溶剂重新利用,制定实验室有机废液合理的处理方法。方法:收集有机废液,采用旋转蒸发仪进行蒸馏收集,进行回收溶剂重复利用实验。结果:江中健胃消食片含量测定用甲醇、复方草珊瑚含片含量测定用三氯甲烷和参灵草口服液总皂苷测定用正丁醇等单一溶剂,可用旋转蒸发仪蒸馏回收后重复利用。其他混合溶剂经旋蒸回收后可焚烧处理。结论:该方法可以节约试剂成本,提高职业安全,减少资源浪费与环境污染。
Aim： To reuse the organic liquid wastes,the handling method had been established.Method： The organic liquid wastes were collected by a rotary evaporator,and the reutilization experiment had been accomplished. Result： The solvents such as methanol,chloroform,and butanol which were used for the Jianweixiaoshi tablets,the Caoshanhu tablets,and the Shenlingcao oral liquid,could be reutilization. However,the mixed solvents couldn＇t be recycle and should be incineration disposal after collecting by the rotary evaporator. Conclusion： This method can save the cost of the reagent,improve the safety of the occupation and reduce the resource waste and environmental pollution.
