摘要
根据我院香精香料化学实验教学中内容单一、课程特点不突出的现状,提出增设综合性实验项目的改革思路,藉此进一步完善实验教学体系,增强学生的学习兴趣,全面提高该课程的实验教学水平。
According to the present situation of monotonous contents and weak course Features in experimental teaching of essence and flavor chemistry, reform ideas of comprehensive experiment were put forward. The reform can further perfect the system of experimental teaching, enhance the learning interest and comprehensively improve the level of experimental teaching.
