摘要
采用三波长-分光光度法测定千山刺五加叶和果中黄酮的含量,消除了由于刺五加叶和果中黄酮光谱吸收峰不对称给定量分析造成的影响,并校正了由于干扰组分的吸收光谱具有线性吸收产生的基线倾斜。结果表明:回归方程ΔA=88.795C-0.2060;相关系数r=0.9994;黄酮浓度在0~40.6μg/ml范围内,分别在波长λ1=463nm、λ2=417nm、λ3=382nm测吸光度时,则ΔA与浓度C之间呈良好的线性关系,可按标准曲线法进行定量分析。本法的回收率为96.86%~102.46%;变异系数小于0.136%。方法的准确度与精密度均令人满意,而且操作简便易行。
Determination of flavonoids in Qianshan Acanthopanax senticosus leaves and fruits by three-wavelength spectrophotometry can eliminate the absorbance error of interfering components, turbid solution and the scattering effect. The method is more advantageous than tranditional spectrophotometry method.
