摘要 作为应用型本科院校,要求教师具有丰富的实践教学经验和扎实的实践教学水平。沈阳工业大学在对高校教师的实践教学能力的提高方面做了大量的工作,我们在具体对老师实践能力提高的项目上从很多方面进行了研究和实践。文章就是从项目的研究现状、拟解决的关键问题等多方面进行了较为详实的论述。希望通过对本课题研究与实践,以提高我校教师实践教学能力和水平,为其它高校培养教师的实践教学能力发展提供借鉴与思路。 Teachers in application-oriented universities are demanded to meet the requirements both in terms of practical teaching experience sufficiency and instruction competency. A great deal of efforts in aspect of teaches' instruction level development has been made by Shenyang University of Technology(SUT). In addition, research and practice have been carried out in many respects of the projects which aim at improving teachers' practical abilities. The paper attempts to make a detailed discussion on the current situation of the projects and the main problems that needs to be solved from multiple perspectives. Moreover it contributes to SUT teachers' capabilities of practical instruction improvement based on the implemented research and practice and it potentially provides constructive ideas and proposals to other universities engaged in the same study and research.
