摘要
通过实验和理论分析研究食品级高压低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂产品中低分子质量聚合物含量的影响因素。通过分析高压聚乙烯聚合反应机理,结合实际生产条件,改进生产工艺,有效降低了LDPE树脂中低聚物含量。
The factors influencing the formation of oligomer in the production of food grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) are analyzed. The polymerization mechanism of synthesis of LDPE is discussed. In combination with the practical production conditions, the process has been improved, which effectively reduces the oligomer contents in the food grade LDPE.
