摘要
研究了高压低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂中正己烷提取物含量与熔体流动速率(MFR)以及分子量分布之间的关系,从LDPE聚合反应机理以及生产工艺角度,分析LDPE树脂正己烷提取物含量的影响因素,并且通过改进生产工艺有效降低了LDPE树脂中正己烷提取物含量。
This paper researched the relationship between n- hexane extract content in high pressure low densitypolyethylene(LDPE)resin and the melt flow rate(MFR),as well as the molecular weight distribution,and analyzed theimpact of the LDPE polymerization mechanism and the production process on n-hexane extract in LDPE. By improving theproduction process,the content of n-hexane extract in LDPE resin was effectives reduced.
