摘要
目的:检测长非编码RNA H19在肝癌组织和对应正常肝组织中的表达水平,分析其与病毒感染、肝癌侵袭转移的关系。方法:采集原发性肝癌患者癌组织和对应癌旁组织59例,HE染色进行常规病理检查,使用QRT-PCR法检测H19的表达水平。结果:H19在59例肝癌组织中的整体表达水平较癌旁组织明显下调,具有显著差异;癌与正常组织中H19表达水平的比值在HBV、HCV感染和病毒阴性组间无差异;其比值在肝内侵袭转移组明显低于无侵袭转移组。结论:长非编码RNA H19在肝癌组织中表达下调,其在癌与癌旁组织中的比值与肝癌肝内侵袭转移相关。
Objective:To detect the expression of long non-coding RNA H19 in the HCC and adjacent normal hepatic tissues,and analyze the relationship of its expression with invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:All 59 cases of HCC and adjacent normal hepatic tissues were collected.The routine pathological examination was made after the HE staining.The expression level of H19 was detected by QRT-PCR method.Results:The expression level of H19 was significantly decreased in HCC tissues,when compared with the corresponding adjacent normal hepatic tissues.There was no significant difference in HBV,HCV infection and virus negative group with respect to the ratio of H19 expression level in cancer to that in normal tissues.The ratio in the intrahepatic metastasis group was significantly lower than that in no metastasis group.Conclusion:The long non-coding RNA H19 is down-regulated in HCC tissues.The ratio of H19 expression level in cancer to that in adjacent normal hepatic tissue is related with intrahepatic metastasis.
