摘要
研究发现,熔炼温度过高、熔炼升温过慢或合金液在高温下停留时间过长及加入某种合金元素而发生的放热反应所导致的合金液不均匀受热等所引起的过度熔炼现象对铝合金组织与性能有着较大的影响。
Over melting phenomenon caused by factors(such as the melting temperature is too high, the rising speed of melting temperature is too slow, the detention time under the high temperature is too long and the uneven heating of alloy resulted from the exothermic reaction by adding some alloying elements) have a great influence on microstructure and performance of aluminum alloys.
